Ingredients:
Bakry ki raan, 1.5 kilo gram. Fat saaf karwa kay mid ma se hadi toor lain. Or gehry kut lagwain.
Method of Preparation:
Raan ko dho kar sary masaly kanty ki madad se achi trha se lagain. Phir isy 2 hour k liye rakh dain. Taky masala is ma achy se jazab ho jaye. Bad ma ain bari se deghchi ma daal kar dhaank dain. Halki aanch ma pakny dain. Jab paani khushk ho jaye our goosht ghal jaye to oil daal kar halki aanch par dum par rakh dain our goosht abi ghala na ho to 1 yaa do payali gharm paani daal dain. Gharm gham taly howe potato, tomato ketchup ka sath serve karain.
